On 5/1/12 i called customer care and i was advised by a lady called Florence to visit the revenue section or do another payment since the mpesa system was in order. I opted to make another payment and still not updated. Today i visited revenue section and was quickly advised the 1st payment will be updated tomorrow. I was disconnected today!! Having paid double. My biggest question is...CAN THE MPESA PYMENTS BE UPDATED IN 48HRS.?? Am in total darkness ...pls give us good customer care.
